Coral Reef is a custom built luxury home that is the 5th house back from the ocean on South Beach.
It features a pool that can be heated and an elevator.
This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with private pool less than 4 minute walk to the ocean The ocean is at the end of the block. Spacious home has all the extra. Heart of pine floors, garage parking, three master suites each with a king bed & en suite bath. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and balcony access. Bedroom 5 has two double beds in a university bunk arrangement. There is a sleeper in the den along with a bed bar and seating area. The main living room's open floor plan features two sofas, several chairs a dining table that sets 8-10 and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped.
(The pool can not be heated in Jan and Feb. We need at least 24 hours notice to heat the pool and there is a $35 per day charge to heat it. Parking is tight on Tybee- you can fit a maximum of 3-4 cars at this property.

- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
